Shipping + Returns
Shipping Domestic
Here at The Whispering Weaver every dispatched item is checked and packaged with the utmost care, however, we are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit.
Please understand that the customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Shipping International
We can ship to all countries. Please note there is a flat rate shipping fee for International shipping and handling of $35 AUD if your item costs a lot less than the flat rate, a refund will be issued via your original payment method.
All international orders are final sale, no returns accepted
Exchanges
All sales are final. If however, an item arrives to you defected or damaged, we will certainly exchange it for a new one.
If it does not fit we will happily exchange for a different size, provided the different size is available to you.
Exchanges will happily be given if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed and with all packaging and labels intact.
Contact must be made within 14 days of receipt of your order.
The original invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
It is the customer's responsibility to pay the costs of all postage on returning items and ensure they are returned in the same condition in which they were sent.
The Whispering Weaver will cover the cost of postage and packaging to resend the new item.
Refunds
We will provide you with a refund on full-priced items if:
The items are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags attached
The items have not been worn, damaged or washed
The original invoice is provided as proof of purchase
The items are deemed faulty
The items received are different to the goods you have ordered

Once your return has been received we will refund you by your original payment method.
Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.
Sale items
Sale items are not able to be returned, we will only approve the return of regular priced items.
FAULTY ITEMS
Should an item be faulty, we ask the customer to contact us promptly via email to discuss

Faulty items must be returned within 10 days of receipt, with labels and packaging intact.
We will provide you with a store credit or full refund for faulty items, on approval of fault.
Delivery fees will not be included in the refund.
Returns
Once we have received your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund within 5 days, please allow up to 10 days for the refund to show in your account.
Please note return shipping is best sent via a traceable method (we recommend registered post) to ensure safe and documented delivery.
